Results from the ITPA American Thresherman’s Assoc. event in Pinckneyville, Illinois on Friday, August 18, 2017 are now posted.

ITPA Point Standings
The 2017 ITPA point standings are updated as of 8-12-17.

Mike Piper Passes
Former ITPA and NTPA modified puller, Michael “Mike” H. Piper, 69, of Mt. Vernon, Illinois passed away at 10:20 a.m. on August 2, 2017 at his residence in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Hughey Funeral Home, 1314 Main Street, (P.O. Box 721), Mt. Vernon, Illinois, 62864.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Hughey Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to Brian Piper Memorial Foundation.

Tractor Pullers Reunion V – American Thresherman Association 58th Annual Show, August 16-20, 2017, Perry County Fairgrounds, Pinckneyville, Illinois.  Tractor Puller’s Reunion Breakfast has been cancelled due to too small a response.  Come see us at the show. 
Celebrate 50 years of ITPA.  Bring pictures, stories and memorabilia to our tent at the show.  Come, see and visit with pullers from around Illinois.

“Shields Auto Group County Pulloff”
This will be a 3 event series (Fisher Community Fair, Champaign Co. Fair and Half Century of Progress) for ITPA registered 5800# Modified vehicles (no per day vehicles) sponsored by Shields Auto Group of Rantoul, Illinois.  Payout will be 1st – $1000, 2nd – $600, 3rd – $400.  The ITPA point system will be used for this series along with the ITPA tie breaker and if further needed total accumulated distances will be used to break any ties.

2016 ITPA Awards Banquet
The 2016 Illinois Tractor Pulling Association Awards Banquet was held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, Illinois.
Approximately 350 people were in attendance to honor the 2016 ITPA sponsors, promoters, point winners, special award winners and their families.  Over $80,000 in point money, Burrus seed, scholarships, jackets, trophies, door prizes and cash was awarded.
Winner of the $500 competing membership “pass the envelope game” was Bill Friedrich.
