Russell Vandeveer Passes
ITPA 5800# Modified competitor, Russell Vandeveer, 66, of Kinmundy, Illinois died Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 24, 2017 at the Marion County Fairgrounds in Salem, Illinois.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Marion County Fairgrounds in Salem, Illinois with visiting from 9:00 a.m. till service hour.
Memorials may be made to the Pleasant Grove Methodist Church or HSHS Southern Illinois Hospice Everlasting Memories Program.  The Rankin Funeral Home, 310 North Broadway, Salem, Illinois 62881 is in charge of arrangements.

Morgan Primm Passes
ITPA Pro-Street Diesel Truck competitor, Morgan Lee Primm, 30, of Athens, Illinois passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Mott & Henning Funeral Home in Athens, Illinois (P.O. Box 257, 206 N. Main St.).  Private funeral services will be held and a celebration of life is planned for a later date.
Memorials may be sent to Athens State Bank for an education fund for his 2 boys.

ITPA LOST A GREAT PERSON & COMPETITOR
ITPA Pro Stock competitor (part of the Friedrich/Haning Pulling Team), Jay Michael Haning, 40, of Morton, Illinois passed away at 12:11 p.m. Thursday, November 16, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.
Visitation will be from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the Minier Christian Church in Minier, Illinois.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 20, 2017 at the Minier Christian Church in Minier, Illinois.
The Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Hopedale, Illinois is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Jay Haning Memorial Fund.

ITPA Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet
The 2017 ITPA Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at the Crowne Plaza, 3000 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, Illinois.

2016 ITPA Awards Banquet
The 2016 Illinois Tractor Pulling Association Awards Banquet was held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza in Springfield, Illinois.
Approximately 350 people were in attendance to honor the 2016 ITPA sponsors, promoters, point winners, special award winners and their families.  Over $80,000 in point money, Burrus seed, scholarships, jackets, trophies, door prizes and cash was awarded.
Winner of the $500 competing membership “pass the envelope game” was Bill Friedrich.
